Terms of Service:

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS for the following 2 properties:
1.  The Village at Breckenridge, Unit 3706, Breckenridge, CO 80424
2.  Trails End, Unit 408, Breckenridge, CO 80424
We are working in partnership with Ski Village Resorts (SVR) management company.  Once in Colorado, they will handle everything.
You may see two separate charges on your credit card statement.  Total rental bill will be charged as BreckCondoWithAView.com LLC.  Any additional charges incurred during time of stay will be charged as Ski Village Resorts.
1.     CHECK-IN TIME Begins at 4 P.M. MST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. MST. 
2.     Key pick up will be done at Ski Village Resorts.  Their office is located in Breckenridge.

If you arrive during non-business hours, your Arrival Packet with keys/directions to the unit will be placed in the lock box at the back entrance of Ski Village Resorts office. 
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in unit under any conditions.
4. Minimum Rental Age is 21.  Valid ID will be required at check in. 
5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- A damage deposit of $500 is required at time of check in at Ski Village Resorts and a valid credit card will be required at this time.  If it is after hours, you need to return to the office the following day or call in with your credit card number.
Your credit card will not be charged provided the following provisions are met after check out.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All keys are returned to Ski Village Resorts
c. All charges accrued during the stay are paid in full prior to departure.
d. No linens/items are lost or damaged.
e. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),
the local law enforcement or the security company employed by respective complexes.
6.  Deposit Terms: An initial deposit equal to 25% of lodging rate is due at time of booking to confirm reservation.  Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made within 45 days of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. A credit card will be due upon arrival, which will be charged only if there are damages, theft, excessive cleaning charges, lost keys or unpaid telephone calls. 
7.  Cancellation inside 45 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside 45 days arrival is subject to full refund, less a $100 processing fee.  No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. Failure to make any payments due will jeopardize your reservation and could cause cancellation without notice at the discretion of owner.  All cancellations must be made in writing. 
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condo is limited to Trails End: Four (4) persons and
Village at Breckenridge:  Six (6) persons.
9. HOUSEKEEPING:  NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens, bath towels and amenities are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate unless the stay is longer than seven nights, in which case a midweek clean is included.  However, if you would like to have daily or mid week cleaning and they stay is less than seven nights, it is available for an additional fee and should be arranged directly through Ski Village Resorts upon arrival.
Village At Breckenridge #3706- There is Valet Parking at the complex.  Reservations are strongly recommended prior to arrival at www.SlopeSideValet.com to guarantee a spot. Rate is $16/day and is handled directly with Valet company either paid online at website mentioned or on arrival.  
Trails End #408 - Garage parking is available with assigned parking spot (408) free of charge.  Alternatively guest can use complex parking lot outside on a first come, first serve basis. Renters must display the parking pass issued and picked up at Ski Village Resorts on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display will result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. 
11.  FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 
12.  RESPONSIBILITY - Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
